Return And Refund Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before your tyres are fitted depending on whether the tyres were in stock. If the tyres were ordered by telephone that means they would have been ordered specifically for you from the supplier and that you must cancel on the same day or order to avoid a charge.
We do accept the returns of part worn tyres in case of manufacturing faults or if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
However, we are sorry that we will not cover the cost for the return by courier due to the volumetric weight and low costs of the product, but will gladly accept the product in the shop for an exchange or give you a full refund.

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.
RETURN POLICY
We at Star Alloy Wheels understand that customers may occasionally need to return an item. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and will gladly accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
1. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, within 30 days of purchase.
2. The item must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
3. If the item has been fitted, the customer must return the item in the same condition as when it was fitted.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria, or any return we deem to be fraudulent.
5. If a return is accepted, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only. We will not refund any other costs associated with the purchase, such as delivery or installation.
6. Returns must be sent to the address provided on our website.
7. We cannot accept any returns on special order items, items that have been customised or altered in any way, or any items that have been used.
REFUNDS
At Star Alloy Wheels, we aim to provide our customers with a professional and quality service. If you are not satisfied with our tyre fitting services, we are happy to offer a full refund.
In order to request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the service being completed. We will issue the refund within 14 working days of receiving your request.
It is important that you provide us with all the necessary details for the refund to be processed, including proof of purchase.
If you have any questions about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If eligible, we process most refunds on the same day which they were received by us. But please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please just return your undesired products for a refund and order a new product.
